There is no central booking desk at Lavana Spa, and that is deliberate. Every phone number, WhatsApp button and Telegram link on this site belongs to one specific reception, so the person who answers is standing in the building you are travelling to. They can see the day's schedule, they know which therapists are on, and they can tell you in a minute whether the treatment and the hour you want are actually free.
The practical consequence: pick the branch first, then message. A question sent to the wrong address gets forwarded rather than answered, and that costs you the ten minutes you were trying to save.

Four lines that get you booked in one reply
Reception can answer almost any booking in a single message if it contains the right four things. Sending them together saves the back and forth.

Start time matters more than it looks. It decides the price rather than the moment you booked: anything beginning from 10:00 and before 15:00 is charged at the Early Bird rate, and the same treatment with the same therapist costs less in that window. It also decides whether the slot exists at all, because the appointment has to finish by closing rather than start at it.
Two more things worth mentioning unprompted, though neither is required. Tell reception if you have a preference about pressure, and it reaches the therapist before you are on the table instead of halfway through the hour. And say so if you react to a particular oil, because oil goes on from the first minute of most treatments on our list.
Hours hold seven days a week including public holidays, so there is no separate weekend schedule to check. The exception is the Ramadan period, when the timetable can move. A short message before you travel is worth more than an assumption in those weeks.
Which Line To Use
Four ways to reach us, and what each is best for
The channel most of our guests use, and the one to pick if you want the answer in writing: the treatment, the time and the price stay in the chat where you can check them later. Every branch has its own number.
Phone
Faster when the question has several parts, or when you are already on the way and need to move an appointment. The number printed on a branch page rings that desk and no other.
Telegram
Answered at every branch, and often the easier option for our Russian speaking guests. The therapists are European and Russian and work in English, so either language is fine whichever channel you choose.
Walking in
Welcome whenever a therapist happens to be free, which is realistic in the daytime and much less so after 19:00. Evenings are the busiest stretch at all three addresses, so a message ahead is the safer route.
