That resting time is the whole mechanic of the treatment, so an hour spread thinly over every area wastes it. Ninety minutes at 800 AED is the length for the full body, because each region needs its own few minutes under held heat before the muscle gives. We do not run it at two hours: past ninety minutes sustained heat stops adding anything, and the extra time is better spent on the Deep Muscle Massage.
