Spa offers at Lavana Spa Dubai

Decided by the hour you start, not by a code

Every treatment on our menus is cheaper before mid-afternoon. There is no voucher and nothing to claim: an appointment beginning from 10:00 and before 15:00 is charged at the Early Bird rate, and it is the same therapist, the same room and the same number of minutes as the evening booking that costs more.

Each branch prints its own list of which treatments carry the rate and at what price, so the tables below are copied from those menus rather than averaged into one. Where a branch adds VAT at reception rather than printing it inside the figure, the table says so.

Questions about our offers

How do I claim the Early Bird rate?+

You do not, and that is the whole point of it. There is no code to enter, no voucher to show and nothing to mention at reception: the rate is decided by the hour your treatment starts. Anything beginning from 10:00 and before 15:00 is charged at the Early Bird price automatically, and the same appointment starting at 15:05 is charged at the full one. What matters is the start, not when you booked, so a slot reserved a week ahead for 11:00 and a walk-in at 11:00 pay the same. The one thing worth doing is saying the time you want when you message reception, because the treatment also has to finish by closing rather than start at it, and that narrows the late options more than most guests expect.

Is the Early Bird treatment shorter or different in any way?+

No. Same therapist, same room, same oils and the same number of minutes on the table. The only thing that changes is the figure on the bill. Spas price the daytime lower because mornings and early afternoons are the quiet stretch and evenings are when every branch fills, so the discount is buying your flexibility rather than a reduced service. That also means it is worth booking the longer session at the Early Bird price rather than the shorter one at full price: ninety minutes before 15:00 costs less than sixty minutes after it at Al Barsha and Bur Dubai. If a therapist ever suggests otherwise, ask reception, because the rate is printed on the branch menu and is not at anyone discretion.

Do the offers work the same at all three branches?+

The mechanism does, the numbers do not. Every branch runs Early Bird on a start time between 10:00 and 15:00, but each prints its own list of which treatments carry it and at what price. Al Barsha and Bur Dubai share one figure set on the aromatherapy and Swedish massages. Bur Dubai adds the Moroccan Bath and the Royal Hammam package to the list. DIFC runs an entirely separate menu with its own treatment lengths, so its Early Bird list and its prices differ from the other two, and its figures already include VAT where the other branches add 5% at reception. The tables above are copied from each branch printed menu rather than averaged, so what you see is what that reception charges.

Can I combine an offer with something else?+

Packages and the Early Bird rate are two separate things, and a package is already priced as a package rather than as a discount applied to it. The honest answer about combining beyond that is to ask reception on the day, because it depends on the treatment and on who is free. Two situations are worth flagging when you book rather than on arrival. Anything involving two people or two therapists at once needs both free in the same hour, which is easier earlier in the day and worth arranging ahead. And treatments needing the hammam room compete for one room, so at busy times the constraint is the room rather than the price. Reception can see the day schedule and will tell you what actually fits.

Are there other offers not listed here?+

Possibly, and reception is the place to ask. This page lists what is printed on the branch menus, which is the version we can stand behind: every figure here is one the till will agree with. Branches do run occasional seasonal promotions that are not printed, and those change often enough that publishing them here would mean showing you a price that has already moved. If you are booking anyway it costs nothing to ask what is running that week, and each branch answers its own WhatsApp line. What will not happen is a surprise in the other direction: the prices on this page and on each branch page are the ones charged, with the VAT basis stated for each branch rather than hidden.
