European & Russian Massage · Al Barsha · Bur Dubai · DIFC
Two therapists work the body at once, mirroring each other stroke for stroke. The point is not speed but the effect of symmetry: with both sides moving together there is no next spot to anticipate, and most guests stop tracking the massage within minutes. It is the most expensive treatment we run and the one that most needs booking ahead.
The difference is not that it goes twice as fast. It is that your attention has nowhere to settle.
In a normal massage part of you follows the therapist: you register where the hands are and where they are heading. With four hands moving in mirror there is no single point to track, and that is what makes guests describe the treatment as switching off rather than relaxing. It is the reason people book it when their head will not stop rather than when their back hurts.
The practical gain is coverage. Sixty minutes with two therapists covers ground that would take a single pair of hands most of two hours, so the whole body genuinely gets attention rather than a nod. Pressure stays in the light to medium range: this treatment is about coverage and rhythm, not depth.
Always message ahead
Two therapists have to be free at the same moment, which is a much harder ask than one. This is the treatment where walking in is least likely to work, especially in the evening.
Available at all three branches
Al Barsha and Bur Dubai run it at 800, 1,000 and 1,200 AED. DIFC prints the same treatment as Dual Synergy Massage, at its own rates.
Earlier in the day is easier
Availability is a scheduling problem, so morning and early afternoon slots are far easier to get. Note that the Early Bird rate does not apply to this treatment.
Prices
The same treatment at all three addresses, priced differently and printed under a different name at DIFC. Ask for the Four Hands Massage at Al Barsha or Bur Dubai, and for Dual Synergy at DIFC.

Good to Know
Two therapists work on you at the same time, mirroring each other so both sides of the body receive the same stroke at the same moment. It is not two people doing separate things at once: the sequence is synchronised, which is the entire point. Because your attention has no single pair of hands to follow, most guests stop tracking the massage within the first few minutes, and that is what people mean when they describe it as switching off rather than merely relaxing. Pressure stays light to medium throughout. At Al Barsha and Bur Dubai it costs 800 AED for sixty minutes, 1,000 for ninety and 1,200 for two hours, with 5% VAT added at reception. Our DIFC branch runs the same treatment under a different name, Dual Synergy Massage, at 1,000, 1,200 and 1,500 AED with VAT already included in those figures.
Because two therapists have to be free at the same moment for the full length of your session, and that is a far harder scheduling problem than finding one. Every other treatment on our list can often absorb a walk in when someone happens to be available, but this one cannot, and evenings are when it is least likely to work. Message the branch you want on its own WhatsApp line rather than turning up, and reception will tell you what is genuinely free. Morning and early afternoon slots are considerably easier to secure than evening ones at both addresses. If the day you want is full, the ninety minute session often has openings where the sixty does not. Reception will also tell you plainly when the answer is no for the hour you wanted, which saves a wasted drive across the city on a Thursday evening.
That depends on what you want from it. If you are treating a specific tight shoulder, no: the Deep Muscle Massage at 600 AED will do more for that, because depth beats coverage on a knot. If you want an hour where your head stops, then the honest answer is that this treatment does something a single therapist cannot, and no amount of extra time with one pair of hands reproduces it. The other real gain is coverage: sixty minutes with two therapists reaches ground that would take a single therapist most of two hours. Guests tend to book it occasionally as the treatment they choose for an occasion rather than as a regular booking. If you have never had one, the sixty minute session at 800 AED is the sensible way to find out whether it lands for you before committing to two hours.
A four hands massage is two therapists working on one guest, so it is not a couples treatment. If you and a companion both want a massage in the same visit, tell reception when you message and they will arrange two appointments running side by side where the branch has the therapists free at that hour. That is a scheduling question rather than a product on our list, so message ahead rather than arriving and hoping. Two guests booking side by side is easiest earlier in the day at every branch, for the same reason a four hands session is: it needs more than one therapist free at the same hour. Ask before you travel rather than at the door, because two therapists free simultaneously is the same constraint whether they work on one guest or two.
No. The Early Bird rate covers the European Aromatherapy and Swedish massages, and at the branches with a hammam it also covers the Moroccan Bath and the Royal Hammam package. The four hands massage is charged at full price whatever time you book, so 800 AED for sixty minutes, 1,000 for ninety and 1,200 for two hours at Al Barsha and Bur Dubai, and 1,000, 1,200 and 1,500 at DIFC, where it is called Dual Synergy Massage. Booking earlier in the day is still worth doing for a different reason: this is the treatment that needs two therapists free simultaneously, and daytime slots are far easier to fill than evening ones. All prices are subject to 5% VAT, added at reception. If price is what decides it, the Swedish or aromatherapy massage at 370 AED before three is the cheaper hour by a wide margin and available at every branch.
