In the Neighbourhood
Our Al Barsha branch sits on the rooftop of the Grand Excelsior Hotel in Al Barsha 1, a short drive from Mall of the Emirates. European and Russian therapists work the five massages on our menu here, at exactly the same prices as our other two addresses.
This is the branch that stays open latest. Reception takes guests until 1 am, seven days a week, an hour longer than Bur Dubai and DIFC. If a day has run away from you, this is the address to remember.
One thing to know before you travel: Al Barsha has no hammam room, so the Moroccan Bath and the Royal Hammam package are not available here. Those run at Bur Dubai and DIFC. Everything else on the massage menu is identical.

Inside
Every picture below was taken at this address, on the rooftop floor of the Grand Excelsior in Al Barsha 1. The corridor, a treatment room with its own bathroom and the seating where you wait: dark wood and marble throughout, and nothing borrowed from our other two branches.
The Menu
A proper massage rather than an hour rushed through to fit the clock. Our European and Russian therapists agree the pressure with you before you are on the table, and change it the moment you ask for something different.
Slow, flowing strokes with warm aromatic oils. The gentlest of our full body treatments.
The classic Swedish sequence: long draining strokes, steady medium pressure, whole body.
Firm, slow work through the deeper muscle layers. Tell your therapist where it hurts and how hard to press.
Two therapists working in mirrored time. Twice the contact in the same hour, so book it ahead.
Warmed shells replace the therapist hands, so heat reaches tight muscle rather than sitting on the skin.
All prices above are subject to 5% VAT, added at reception.
Offers
Book a start time from 10:00 and before 15:00 and these rates apply. Nothing to sign up for and no code to remember: the price is read from the hour your session begins.
Getting Here
The spa is on the rooftop floor of the Grand Excelsior Hotel Al Barsha, in Al Barsha 1. Come through the hotel lobby and take the lift to the top floor. The map opens the exact pin in Google Maps, and reception answers its own line if you need directions on the way.
Good to Know
On the rooftop floor of the Grand Excelsior Hotel Al Barsha, in Al Barsha 1, a short drive from Mall of the Emirates. Enter through the hotel lobby and take the lift to the top floor; the spa is signposted from the lift landing. The address on our Google listing is the hotel address, so a map pin will bring you to the right building rather than to a service entrance. Reception has its own direct line and its own WhatsApp, so if you are already nearby and cannot see the entrance, a message reaches the people who are actually standing in the building rather than a central desk elsewhere in the city. The branch opens at 10:00 and takes guests until 1 am, seven days a week, and the phone number on this page rings that desk and no other. If you are travelling from Barsha Heights or Al Barsha South, the hotel is the one on the main road rather than inside the residential blocks.
All five massages on our menu: European Aromatherapy and Purifying Swedish from 500 AED for sixty minutes, Deep Muscle and Lava Shell from 600 AED, and the Four Hands Massage from 800 AED. Every one of those costs exactly what it costs at Bur Dubai and DIFC, with 5% VAT added at reception. What Al Barsha cannot offer is the hammam. There is no heated hammam room at this branch, so the Moroccan Bath, the Royal Hammam package and the Hot Stone Massage are not on the list here. Those are booked at Bur Dubai or DIFC instead. We would rather tell you that on this page than have you drive to Al Barsha 1 for a treatment the branch cannot run. Of the two, DIFC is the closer alternative if you are heading along Sheikh Zayed Road, and Bur Dubai is the one to pick from the Mankhool side.
Reception takes guests until 1 am, seven days a week including public holidays, which is an hour later than our Bur Dubai and DIFC branches. The appointment has to finish by closing rather than start at it, so a sixty minute session needs to begin by midnight and a two hour session by 23:00. Late bookings are common here and the branch is used to them. That said, evenings are also when it is busiest, so a message ahead is more reliable than turning up: the branch answers its own WhatsApp line and reception can tell you in a minute what is genuinely free that night. Opening hours do not change at weekends, though they can shift during Ramadan, so a short message before travelling is sensible in that period. Reception also answers Telegram if that is easier than WhatsApp for you.
Yes, on the two treatments they cover. Book a start time between 10:00 and 15:00 and the European Aromatherapy and Purifying Swedish massages drop to 370 AED for sixty minutes, 525 for ninety and 700 for two hours, against 500, 700 and 800 at full price. There is no code and nothing to sign up for; the rate is read from your start time. The Deep Muscle, Lava Shell and Four Hands massages are charged at full price whatever hour you book. The Early Bird rate also covers the Moroccan Bath and the Royal Hammam package, but since Al Barsha has no hammam room, those two apply only at our Bur Dubai and DIFC branches. All prices are subject to 5% VAT, added at reception rather than built into the figures shown here. Tell reception your preferred start time when you message and they will confirm which rate applies before you travel.
Guest Reviews
Had a very relaxing massage, I slept throughout. Elena was very professional with her very soft hands, it was real aroma therapy. Total relax and no painful moves. I am regretting not taking a 90 minute session, 60 was not enough.

I had an exceptional massage at the spa, and Malikah’s professionalism truly stood out. The experience was both relaxing and rejuvenating, thanks to her expertise and attentive care.
